MetroDecals.com offers replacement for any defective or damaged parts or products. We do not offer any product warrantees beyond defective products at the point of purchase.
2. RETURN POLICY
MetroDecals.com, creates and outputs all products according to the information supplied by the customer. MetroDecals.com is not responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer during the ordering process. All products purchased are custom manufactured to a specific order and are not returnable or exchangeable. All customers placing an order should take special care to order carefully and completely, and verify the information on their order before completing the order. Ask all questions before placing an order. MetroDecals.com will replace or exchange only those products, which are deemed to be missing or defective due to our mistake. Make sure to notify MetroDecals.com within 36 hours of any errors made on your order.
3. PRODUCT EXCHANGE
MetroDecals.com creates and outputs all products according to the information supplied by the customer. There are no exchanges available, including those due to customer selecting incorrect size, color, spelling, or typographical errors.
4. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
We regret that there were problems with the order you received. Please contact us by e-mail or phone (888) 488-4695 as soon as possible so that we may remedy the situation. When e-mailing, include your order number and any details that would help us.
