Items purchased are made to order and are non-refundable. Please take special care to order carefully and completely, and verify the information provided in the order confirmation email issued at time of order. The item is being sold only as described. No changes or alterations to the item (except in the case of color prior to shipment) can be made at any time and will not constitute grounds for a return.
MetroDecals.com. will replace, exchange or issue a store credit only for those products which are deemed to be incomplete or defective by a company representative. All products are quality-assurance checked for flaws and completeness before shipment, but we ask that the customer check their package's contents upon arrival. You must inform us about defects, shortages, and exceptions within 3 days from receipt of order is considered complete. There are absolutely no replacements, exchanges or store credit s issued after 7 days.
There are no exchanges on graphic items that were created to the customer's specification. This includes exchanges where the customer selected an improper color or size. The colors listed on the color chart have been color matched as close as possible to the actual vinyl color. If you're unsure of a color match, we suggest you order a sample.
You must have an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending any item back to us. To obtain an RMA number, please contact us and request one - be sure to have your original invoice, original invoice/item number, order date and reason for the return. This RMA number is only valid for 15 days from when it is issued. Original shipping and handling fees, as well as return shipping charges, are non-refundable. All returns must be shipped back in original packaging in like new condition, with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
Your return will not be accepted by our receiving department unless this code is clearly displayed on the exterior of the package.
