Can MetroDecals.com create custom graphic work for me? |

Yes. Generally, we require a high resolution graphic or a detailed description of what you are looking for. Custom work is more expensive than an already designed graphic, however the end result is a completely unique and tailored item that only you will posses. Please contact our sales department with your idea for a quote. |

I do not see a vinyl kit for my vehicle, can MetroDecals.com make one for me? |

Generally, we do not design individual dash kits for customers. Here at MetroDecals.com we are against pre cut vinyl's. Pre cut sheets are very difficult to install as well as they are only 95% accurate. Why pay triple to have a pre cut sheet when its much easier and cheaper to install a bulk sheet and simply trim of the access. Years of experience and installation proves this to be true. |

Why does MetroDecals.com ship via USPS Priority Mail? |

Simple. USPS Priority Mail is relatively inexpensive, fast and secure for small orders. Most orders arrive within only 2 - 5 business days for U.S. Residents with delivery confirmation. Unlike UPS, your item can be delivered on a Saturday and to rural areas at no additional cost. UPS is offered for packages over 5lbs. |

I am an international resident, do I have to pay customs? |

If an order weighs less than 1lb (0.453kg) it is not subject to customs charges. If an order weighs more than 1lb (0.453kg) it is subject to customs. If your order is subject to customs, delivery times may greatly vary. Please contact your local postmaster for more details. MetroDecals.com is not responsible for lost or damaged on international orders. |

I live outside the USA, am I subject to international shipping and handling rates? |

Yes, orders shipped outside the USA valued $5usd - $39usd are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail (7-30 business days to receive). Orders above $40usd are shipped USPS Express Mail (3-7 business days to receive) with tracking and thus are considered an international shipment. |

How do I select the color I want? |

Depending on the item, you may have color options. If color options are listed , please note the color with your payment. If sending payment via paypal.com please note the desired color in the "leave seller a note" section of your payment. If sending a money order, please print and mail the invoice which will be sent to you at then end of the purchase. |
